Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using the services of Stickman Productions, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. The terms below refer specifically to the event "TURNING POINT" held in Atlanta, GA.

TURNING POINT (hereby referred to as "the event") is a 3 day, fully immersive, interactive event held in various locations around the world.  The event is hosted by "Stickman Productions".


When registering for the event, you understand that your meal plan purchase is compulsory, and must be settled at least 30 days before the event date.

You also understand that your flights, transportation and accommodation costs are not included in the event fee.

You must stay in the event hotel.  You will be supplied an event specific hotel link in order to book at our preferential rates and be added to our room block.

You must notify us if you have any specific dietary needs at least 30 days before the event.


Should you need to cancel, no refunds will be issued.  If you cancel at least 60 days before the event you may exchange the value of your entrance cost for a future Turning Point event or for an Empowerment Mentoring Community credit to offset against selected products.

Should you cancel less than 60 days before the event, we will endeavour to fill your seat.  If we are successful, you will also be able to transfer to a future Turning Point event or obtain an Empowerment Mentoring Community credit.  You may also try to fill your seat, or sell your seat, but this should be at no more than the amount you paid for your event seat.  You will notify us of the change of participant details should you arrange this yourself.


Day 2 of the event is a challenging outdoor personal development and team building activity which usually consists of high and/or low elements. Low elements take place on the ground or only a few feet above the ground. High elements are usually constructed in trees or made of utility poles and require safety harnesses, etc.  We have all ages, shapes and sizes take part successfully in these elements.  

We take your safety very seriously, and you will be asked to sign a liability waiver by the recreation activity providers ("Soujourn Adventures") before partaking in day two of the event. You can read their waiver here.  

We encourage you to take medical advice should you have any concerns about participating in any of the activities.  We will liaise with you and the recreation activity providers where necessary to ensure you make the best decision for you.

The event can be both physically and emotionally challenging.  Again, we encourage you to take the necessary medical advice should you suffer from any mental health disorders or issues such as depression, anxiety disorders, or any psychological issues before attending.

In completing your purchase transaction for the event you are accepting full and final liability.
