Refund Policy

Refund Policy - Digital Products, Courses and Licenses

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can submit a request to receive store credit. If a request is received on or before the 14th day after purchase, you will receive store credit for 100% of the purchase price that can be used toward any digital product located within our store. If the request is received after the 14th day of purchase, you will receive 25% of the purchase price as store credit. If the request is received after the 30th day of purchase, no credit will be issued.  Unfortunately, due to immediate access to digital products upon purchase and the necessity to protect intellectual property in such cases, refunds will not be provided.
